
Sakeena trained as a dancer up until degree level completing her degree in Dance and Performance. During her time at university, Sakeena has cultivated a strong passion for both dance and fitness which has motivated her to complete her Gym Instructor and Pilates Instructor qualifications alongside her degree.
Sakeena holds a mixed ability mat Pilates class every Friday from 10:30-11:30. This class is open to adults of all ages and beginners are welcome.
